LUEN Truck Production Process

This article will provide customers with a detailed overview of LUEN's truck production process in China, so that they can understand in detail how their products are manufactured and shipped.

Design and Engineering

At LUEN, engineering modifications and enhancements are incorporated into the truck’s design to ensure it meets market demands and complies with regulatory standards.

Frame and Chassis Assembly

The next step in the process is the assembly of the truck's frame and chassis. In LUEN's dedicated assembly area, large automated systems and skilled workers join the steel frame parts, ensuring the structure is robust and accurately aligned. The chassis forms the core of the truck, providing the foundation for all other components.

Engine and Transmission Installation

Once the chassis is complete, the engine and transmission system are installed. LUEN uses precision assembly techniques to mount the engine, ensuring that all engine components, such as the cylinder head, crankshaft, and camshaft, are correctly positioned and secured. The transmission system, which links the engine to the wheels, is also installed with a focus on optimizing performance and durability.

Suspension and Axle Integration

The suspension system and axles are then integrated into the chassis. The suspension system is designed to enhance vehicle stability and comfort, particularly in heavy-duty applications. LUEN's engineers ensure that the suspension is perfectly aligned with the axle and frame to maintain the correct geometry and load-bearing capacity.

Electrical System and Cab Assembly

The next phase involves installing the truck's electrical system, which includes wiring, lighting, and control units. LUEN ensures that all electrical components are connected and function properly, adhering to strict safety standards. Concurrently, the truck’s cab is assembled. The cab structure is fitted with windows, doors, and the dashboard, and interior components, such as seats and controls, are installed.

Painting and Coating

After the assembly of the truck body and frame, the truck undergoes a detailed painting and coating process. The surface is carefully prepped to ensure the paint adheres properly, preventing rust and ensuring the truck remains visually appealing and durable. The final coat is often a high-quality, long-lasting paint that protects the vehicle from corrosion and environmental wear.

Quality Control and Testing

Once the truck is assembled, LUEN’s rigorous quality control procedures begin. Each vehicle undergoes a series of comprehensive tests, including engine performance checks, braking system tests, and suspension inspections. This phase also includes road testing to simulate real-world driving conditions and ensure the truck meets all performance and safety criteria.

LUEN employs advanced diagnostic equipment to ensure all systems are functioning optimally. Any defects or performance issues are addressed before the vehicle moves to the next stage.
